36 Weeks

I had an ultrasound on Friday and it measured Baby to weigh 5 1/2 pounds. Im pretty sure she's closer to 10 pounds considering the amount of aches and pain I'm having in my back :)

Easter

This year we had a pretty low key Easter. It was a great day with nice weather and we were able to spend a good part of the day with Brooklyn. This was also my very first Easter without my family (my parents and siblings) I thought I was going to end up crying and being all boo-hoo sad ...but I managed just fine (sorry Mom)! During the week before Brooklyn came over and we had lots of fun coloring eggs and decorating them with Littlest Pet Shop stickers (you know who's favorite of favorite things )! On Sunday Brooklyn came over to help us find all the eggs the Easter Bunny had hid for us. The minute she walked in the door she decided that she should get to find all of the eggs for herself and me and Dad could only watch and give hints if we saw one that she didnt. Haha! It was still fun and Im glad we could spend the day relaxing and being with family.

Baby Shower

A couple of weeks ago my Mother and Sisters had a baby shower for me. My Cousin Lindsay was so kind to let us have the event at her home. I was so happy to have my Momma come out from Denver just for me and I cant wait to have her come stay for a while again when the baby comes home! It was a great turn out with lots of family, friends, great food, great gifts and even cute little Princess cupcakes. We played a few baby shower games and although I'm not a game person it was fun to see others join in to try and win the "prizes" :) Much thanks to all of you who came to support me and Baby Benik! We had a good time and its always nice to have a fun excuse to get together. Thanks again everyone!!

The Countdown Begins!

Today marks 36 Weeks. Im now going to the Doctors every week and today he will start checking me internally. It is crazy how time flies and now that we're getting down to the end, Im starting to get a little nervous/anxious. Surprisingly, I'm not at all nervous about the labor and delivery but actually with the fact that Im supposed to bring home a tiny baby afterward. Are they really going to let me walk out of the hospital forever with her?! It is all too crazy for me to imagine right now. Anyway, after a few requests (and a hundred times of Bertha begging), here are some Baby Belly Pics. I'll post one every week until she comes so about 4 more or maybe less!! The first pic is 2 days after we found out. Hopefully that will be me again 2 days after the delivery! Haha- I can dream :)

Sept- 4 Weeks Pregnant
